The team was sending a single welcome email and hoping for the best — no nurture sequence, no behavioral triggers, no follow-up when users went inactive during their trial.

    What they did differently.

    TechStart built a 7-email onboarding sequence in IGSendMail's visual workflow builder. Each email was triggered by user behavior: when a user completed their first project, they received a congratulations email with tips. When a user went inactive for 3 days, they received a re-engagement email highlighting unused features. The sequence ended with a personalized upgrade offer on day 12 of the 14-day trial.
