Create your free account
Sign up on the free plan so there's an account to apply the discount to. It holds 2,500 contacts and 3,000 emails a month, with no card and no time limit.

Email us proof of your nonprofit status
Send it from the email address on your IGSendMail account. The details to include are listed below.

We reply with your discount
We check your documents, usually within two business days, and apply your 25% discount to your subscription. It works on monthly and annual billing.
Send your proof to support at igsendmail dot com with the subject “Nonprofit discount”
Include:
- Your organization's legal name and website.
- Your EIN (US Employer Identification Number).
- Your IRS determination letter, or a link to your listing in the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search.
- The email address you signed up to IGSendMail with, if it's different from the one you're writing from.

Questions
- Who qualifies?
- US organizations with 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. If you're a registered charity outside the US, email us your registration details and we'll let you know.
- How long does the discount last?
- For as long as your organization remains eligible. It stays on your subscription when you renew or change plans.
- Does the free plan need a discount?
- No. The free plan is free for everyone: 2,500 contacts and 3,000 emails a month, with no time limit. The discount applies when you move to a paid plan.
- What does the discount cover?
- 25% off any paid plan, on monthly or annual billing. On annual billing it comes off the already-reduced annual price. Every paid plan includes unlimited contacts, so your bill follows how much you send, not how many supporters are on your list.
- Are payments refundable?
- No. Payments aren't refundable on any plan, but there are no contracts: cancel from your account any time and you won't be charged again.
