Create your free account
Sign up on the free plan so there's an account to apply the discount to. It holds 2,500 contacts and 3,000 emails a month, with no card and no time limit.

Email us proof that your business is veteran-owned
Send it from the email address on your IGSendMail account. What to include is listed below.

We apply your discount
We check your documents, usually within two business days, and apply 20% off to your subscription. It works on monthly and annual billing.
Send your proof to support at igsendmail dot com with the subject “Veteran-owned discount”
Include:
- Your business's legal name and website.
- Either your SBA Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) or a state veteran-owned business certification, or: the owner's DD-214 plus a document showing they own at least 51% of the business, such as articles of organization or an operating agreement.
- Please black out Social Security numbers and anything else you don't need to share on the DD-214 before you send it.
- The email address you signed up to IGSendMail with, if it's different from the one you're writing from.

Questions
- Who qualifies?
- US businesses that are at least 51% owned by a military veteran. Service-disabled veteran-owned businesses qualify too. If you're outside the US, email us and we'll let you know.
- What do you do with my documents?
- We use them only to confirm eligibility and don't share them. Send redacted copies: we don't need Social Security numbers.
- How long does the discount last?
- For as long as you remain eligible. It stays on your subscription when you renew or change plans.
- What does the discount cover?
- 20% off any paid plan, on monthly or annual billing. On annual billing it comes off the already-reduced annual price. Every paid plan includes unlimited contacts, so your bill follows how much you send, not the size of your list.
- Does the free plan need a discount?
- No. The free plan is free for everyone: 2,500 contacts and 3,000 emails a month, with no time limit. The discount applies when you move to a paid plan.
- Are payments refundable?
- No. Payments aren't refundable on any plan, but there are no contracts: cancel from your account any time and you won't be charged again.
